Our current product offerings are: For dbCAMS+ Users We have developed two separate products for dbCAMS+ users who want to use, or are using Act4Advisors as their contact management system: Conversion System - Our conversion systems are designed to bring all of your contact management information from dbCAMS+ and transfer it to Act4Advisors. It makes the conversion as easy and quick as possible. Not only is name and address information transferred, but also contact grouping information located in the group, key and geo fields in dbCAMS+. The advanced conversion system also converts all of your dbCAMS+ notes and activities. You will be up and running in Act4Advisors immediately with all of your familiar dbCAMS+ contact coding, reducing the learning curve and making Act4Advisors immediately usable. Interface System - The Interface System consists of two modules; the Synchronization Module and the Display Module. - Synchronization Module - The synchronization system is NOT designed to give you full synchronization between the two systems. There is not reason to try and duplicate contact information in your portfolio system. However, there are some operational reasons to synchronize certain information. The synchronization system does keep important operational information, such as Social Security numbers, client addresses, etc. in sync between the two systems. When you are dealing with a contact, you have instant availability of the portfolio details on your screen without having to navigate dbCAMS+. The information is queried from the dbCAMS+ system as requested so that your portfolio information can never be out of sync with your dbCAMS+ investment information. The system produces three different displays of data - Account Detail, Allocation by Category and Allocation by Class.
